PCOS baby no2?

Hello. 
So I have been diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago. The doctors prescribed metformin 500mg once a day and I got pregnant with my baby girl after 7months of treatment she is now 7month old. I just had my first period last month but since nothing I peed on a stick and it was a BFN. (I am actually not taking any medication) 
Any succes story of getting pregnant without medication after a 1rst baby? I heard it does help with PCOS.

I am currently pregnant with number 2. I have PCOS and for my first I used femara and trigger shots to get pregnant. This time round it took 4months but with no medical assistance. My period started around a year after my daughter and it was every 5weeks which was very regular compared to pre-pregnancy which could be 30-90 days! 
If your period is only just coming back your body might need some time to sync again.

I have a friend who did it, on accident even, after losing a bunch of weight and being almost totally organic. It did not help me to have baby 1 and still had to take meds for 2

I had one pregnancy after my first without being medicated. My son was just over a year old. Unfortunately I miscarried within days of finding out. That was my one and only unmedicated pregnancy though.

I got pregnant with twins 8 months after my diagnosis and I believe it was from working out and losing 35 lbs. I would definitely Recommend it.
