Oral thrush??

My LO is 15 months old. I had noticed last week he had some white on his tongue but I just thought it was from milk (he still breastfeeds)

He stayed with his grandma this weekend and once he returned yesterday his tongue had a thick yellow looking patch. At first I was thinking maybe he just needed to brush his teeth but after brushing it didn’t come off. I tried to scrape it off and it was red underneath,almost wanted to bleed.

We had oral thrush last year when he was a newborn 😩 I have a feeling that’s what this is now.

How could he get it though???

I had a vaginal yeast infection the other week, is it possible for it to had been in my milk??

My nipples don’t have yeast so I’m at a loss
