Disclosing pregnancy at job interview?

I’m going to interview at a hospital as a CNA, I’m 21 weeks pregnant but feel as if I don’t disclose I’ll lose their trust.

No no no. They legally cannot ask you, so do not volunteer the information until after you have signed an offer letter.

I would tell them. They'll probably guess it before you say anything since I'm sure you're showing but still tell.

I learned that it's best to tell. Just so that you won't be getting any work loads that are too hard for you as being pregnant. I am also a CNA. But unfortunately I was denied work because of pregnancy, so expect that, also. They aren't aloud to do that, but they do, they usually just don't call back and don't gotta be the actual reason. They don't wanna put anyone in light duty when they can have full on help.  But you can also find places that will work with you, just take a few tries. And I know you are probably capable of doing the work, they just can make you lift alone, which a pit of places try to get away with, unfortunately. Just be careful out there. Best of luck to you.

Same boat as you girl, but I’m only 5 weeks and still hoping to hear back about an interview. I haven’t told my current employer yet and am trying to avoid it, but for a new job it could hurt your relationship with them if you’re looking to stay there for a while/move up in the company. At that far along it’s hard to hide it, so I feel like it would be better to address the obvious and let them know you want to be an upfront and honest employee. So while legally you don’t have to, especially when you’re showing I’d say it’s always best to be upfront
