Preeclampsia ??

Question

I did a 24 hour urine last week and it came back that I have protein in my urine. My blood pressure at last weeks appointment was 142/82 which is obviously high. I go for a growth scan tomorrow and I follow up with my doctor on Wednesday. I am wondering if anyone is dealing with this or has experienced this in the past. Does this mean I have preeclampsia? The nurse relaying the news on the phone told me not to stress but I can’t help it. I am 27 weeks on Wednesday.

I'm 24 weeks 5 days. I have elevated blood pressure . pain in both sides of my ribs blurred vision headaches slight swelling in my feet .. As of now im taking 2 baby aspirin and 2 bp meds a day to try to keep it from getting out of hand.. A normal pregnancy you can have up to 300units of protein in your urine. When I had preeclampsia with my first daughter I had 9015 units. Was hospitalized at 29 weeks and delivered via emergency c section at 30 weeks

Yes, I had a 24 hour urine test and BP monitoring at 23 weeks. There was some protein but not enough to justify them keeping me at the hospital. My growth scan was good and my BP randomly gets high all the time but if I’m resting it’s normal. My doctor put me on bed rest at home for now but I might end up on bed rest in the hospital eventually. For symptoms, I randomly see spots and get pain on my right side but I don’t have any swelling.
