Nappy Change

I'm looking for suggestions

My 9.5mo daughter fights to the death when it comes to her nappy being changed - rolling, kicking, squirming, screaming, crying.

I've given her toys - she throws them away

I've tried singing but unless she is in the mood I'm wasting my breath.

PLEASE, what else have you guys tried that has worked to get bub to stay still??? And if you haven't succeeded, what age did they settle on their own??

I dread nappy change times - so I'll take any ideas.
