Telling people I have herpes

I have genital herpes and really want to tell my mom but am really scared of her reaction. I’ve only been with two people my whole life (I’m 19) my second partner is my boyfriend and he’s the one who gave it to me. He didn’t know he had it because he had his first outbreak a week after we had sex and got checked right away. My mom literally knows all of my business when it comes to doctors appointments, bills, and prescriptions (she’s a pharmacist) so its pretty much impossible to keep it from her. I need advice
