it’s an allergic reaction to something. My son gets it now and again usually when he’s run down and his immune system is low. It moves around too. As the others said hives they call them. Don’t panic, they come and go usually if they stay more than 3 weeks then get it looked it. The body usually deals with it and it’s nothing to be concerned about.

Looks like a mosquito bite that she had a bad reaction to. This happens to my daughter with mosquitos. It has gotten better as she has gotten older.
