Overheating and feeling faint??

Hey all, 
So this happened yesterday as well as a few weeks ago.  I get really hot all of a sudden and start to feel a little hazy.  My vision gets a bit starry but I can still see.  Each time I was on a train and wearing my fleece jacket. I got off the train and took off my jacket which helped me cool off and after a few minutes I felt fine. 
Has this happened to anyone before? I'm 15 weeks pregnant and idk if it's pregnancy related or not.

Yep happened to me a little before 20 wks, all of a sudden I got hot, heart was racing and felt like I was gonna puke or pass out. Had to go to the bathroom at work and take all my clothes off and it went away. I try and drink water with a lot of ice in it now to keep me cool.

You also need more fluids as your blood volume is increasing- so make sure you're hydrated. This happened to me a few times last pregnancy in situations where I got too hot

It is.  All the hormones are still rising.
