Worried

I got this sunburn all over my body and I’m concerned about the one on my boobs. While we were at the lake I noticed the burn on my boobs had these tiny red dots like when you first give a hickey and it’s not fully formed and I think it’s bursted blood vessels but I’m not sure. They hurt extremely bad and it’s been about 5 days and only certain parts hurt and it looks like I have stretch marks I’ve never had before it’s like the sun made them?? This makes no since to me and I’m very very worried and I don’t have time to go to the doctor can anyone help me or tell me if this is normal?
