Getting a loan with bad credit?

So my mom filed an eviction notice and I have one more week to move out. I’ve been applying to numerous jobs but won’t be able to start soon enough so would I be able to get a 1500 loan for atleast first month rent of an apartment?? Please help 😔

Unlikely. You won’t even be able to get approved for an apartment unless you can prove you make enough to live there. It varies everywhere but most require you to make like 3x the rent a month in order to be approved. At my apartments in particular it was 3x the rent, we had to provide pay stubs, a deposit which was hefty, and had to have one year previously of renters experience as well as be willing to pay for renters insurance (which isn’t a lot but they still required it) you are going to have to figure something else out. Try finding someone to crash with for awhile and get a job to save up and get in a steady place. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this, I hate the world we live in.

I mean typically apartments need first and last months rent and security deposit. And they want you to have a job as proof that you’ll be able to pay. But if you have a co-signer you should be able to get a loan. If you don’t have a co-signer a loan will be very hard with no job and bad credit.
