Why is this

I’m a junior and when I was talking to my male friend he told me most ppl In our grade already had sex and I was asking him that because I wanted to get with someone in my grade but when I try to the boy would laugh and get all excited and tell all their friends. But when someone else does it they’ll do it and keep it between them. I was thinking it may be because I first had sex in 7th grade but they just started sophomore year. I’m called one of the ‘hot girls’ at school so it may also be because of that but I don’t get why they’ll tease me so much about it and tell everyone I’ll say something to them Like “I wanna suck your d#%^” or “let’s do it this weekend”. And it doesn’t stay between us they tell all their friends I said that even if we didn’t do anything together. It’s starting to get really annoying too- like I can’t even walk in the halls without boys staring or laughing or walking close to me. And I feel like I can’t approach them anymore or tell anyone about this Bc most of the time they can’t relate. Maybe it’s just immaturity? Or they really like me or dislike me?
