One nap for one year old
My daughter just started daycare this week and they only nap once a day there. She could nap more but she won’t with the distractions of the other kids.
She’s used to having a morning and afternoon nap and all this week she’s been exhausted and soooo grumpy.
Will she adjust to one nap? I don’t know what I can do other than wait it out...
