Vaccine and coughing?

I just went to my doctor's appointment and I got two differnt kinds of vaccines and I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or if it's because of the vaccines but I'm starting to cough and have a scratchy throat, has this happened to anyone else?

If it happened the same day, it's not from the vaccines. You probably are just getting a cold or have some seasonal allergies.

It’s likely a cold or allergies. 
The incubation time of most vaccines is about 3 days shorter than actual illness. Here’s a list of incubation rates. (Aka from exposure to onset of symptoms). You probably picked up a cold a few days ago and see just now seeing the symptoms.
