swollen vagina!!

I woke up this morning and my vagina is red and swollen! lips are swollen, and redness goes onto my inner thighs a little bit and it BURNS

I have my period, so I don’t know if it’s irritation from my pad overnight or because I wore shorts and tights last night or what

also have a small fissure near my butt so maybe it’s yeast? no additional discharge besides my very light period. I’m so uncomfortable any tips? gonna call my gyno probably soon cos it HURTS but don’t wanna rush for a yeast test if it could just be irritation 😭😭😭
