Post c section after pains and lochia

When did the after pains/uterine contractions stop for you? How long did you get srandom bright/dark red small gushes of blood and small clots?

I'm 3 weeks pp/c section and I don't have any type of uterine contractions/after pains. If I lightly press on my abdomen it's a bit tender but not agonizing. I'm also getting random gushes of bright/dark red blood sometimes with clots sometimes without.

Just wondering if any body else has had this and everything turned out to be fine. Dr Google is saying possible hemorrhage. Currently waiting on a call back from my doctor.
