Anyone here good at math? Specifically graphs? I need your help.

Hey!

So for one of my uní classes, I need to make a graph with sunset/sunrise data (it’s a science class)

My only problem is that I’m not sure how to start the y-axis. Since the sunset/sunrise has minutes in it, idk if I should use decimals, whole number or the time (5am, 6am, 7am etc etc )

I hope I’m explaining myself. I just need guidance on how to start this graph. Thanks!
