Exercise makes my cramps worse??
I have typed all sorts into google to get a result and all I see it “exercise alleviates period pain”... it really doesn’t with me. I usually get mild period pains but all I do is a bit of jogging and it hurts even more. I did some intense running for 20 seconds when I was with friends a few years back, I curled over on the pavement and started screaming in pain. I felt so sick and the cramps were throbbing and I felt like I got stabbed. It wore off within 3-5 minutes. That’s when I first found about it
My mom had endometriosis, but her period pains were REALLY bad no matter what and her pains went down to her knees... hers developed when she was 14 and never went away until she had her uterus removed. Mine isn’t like that, however, I’ve had a few periods where I have had lower back pain and pain down to my knees but usually it doesn’t hurt that bad at all . UNTIL I EXERCISE!
My period was late last month by 17 days, it did come but it didn’t have any warning because usually i start to ache and feel sore but I didn’t last time. It’s due in 2 days so hopefully it comes in time.
