Types of crib?

I know I'm posting many strange things haha, but something I've noticed is the style of the cribs. Lol
In my country (Ecuador) there are not many models and I have seen in this app that there are some with changers and the truth is fabulous, I have even seen that they have a small place where the baby can sleep (I do not know what it's called) but not matter haha.

My son issues a pack n play as a crib. We don’t use a traditional crib. I don’t care for the look of them unless in a specific nursery space. We also have an inclined bassinet. My son has severe reflux issues, so we have to keep him elevated in his sleep.

You replied to my comment before so I'll answer on here! My adaptor is pretty simple. It's a pack and play with a napper and change. It flips over into a changing pad. It's like a bassinet. (The first picture is the napper, essentially a mini bassinet) and the second picture is the changing pad. It attaches to my pack n play.
