This dude

So we have been talking for awhile now and I know who he is we met before and I been asking if he can come over after school to hang out or go out to eat and he goes to a different school so I ask him if he can chill the day before and he said yea he can and I get excited because I haven’t seen him in awhile and the next day at the last min he tells me that he can’t meet up because something came up and he has done that for 2 days now and he rescheduled for the 2 day which was today and I asked him where he was so I can go meet him and I didn’t get a text back so I am big sad and mad

So should I keep talking to him or cut him off because I really like him and he is great
