Late period

So my period is 16 days late. I’m usually average. I’m either a day early, a day late, or right on time. For about 2 days now I’ve had this when I wipe. Nothing on a pad... no symptoms either. I normally get pms or pretty bad cramps a day before my period and I feel nothing. Is this a sign my period is coming? Excuse the skin around my nails, I have anxiety so I tend to pick them
