Does anyone here sleep with a tampon?

I’ve never done it just because I don’t like wearing tampons while I’m at home and sleeping with one makes me feel like I’ll be stoping my body from getting rid of everything it needs to get rid of. But I’m just curious if anyone does it and if it’s “safe”.

I do. Right before I go to bed I change it and when I wake up I change it. Never had issues.🙏

I don’t because you can risk having a uti if left in longer than 6-8 hours.

I do. Responsible tampon usage isn’t a tough task. It is safe when you’re familiar with your flow and can remember to change them.

I wear pads only to sleep. If you're afraid of it leaking onto the back of your underwear try rolling up some toilet paper and stick it in your buttcrack. It works like a charm for me

Yes.  Tampons soak up everything that needs to come out, it’s not stopping that process.

I’ve only ever used tampons because I’m allergic to the adhesive on pads and it’s perfectly safe. I’ve only ever bled through a few times. I normally just change it out before going to bed.

Yes, I can’t sleep with a pad. I’ve been doing it for 20 years with no problems.
