21 weeks and having issues!

So I am having some very difficult issues. I don’t know even know how to deal with them. I will go use the restroom (pee). I will literally leave the bathroom, laugh, cough, or squeeze and I pee all over myself sometimes I know drop a little bit out. I do it at work and everything. & yes, ido sit on the toilet for an extra 5-8minutes to make sure I’m totally done! Am I the only one??
