Losing weight

My gym regimen is pretty great, i try to go to the gym at least 4 times per week and do mostly an hour 90min cardio. I haven’t seen any weight loss tho. I’m 5’6 and weight 196lbs. I’m really trying to get down to 160. My main issue is my eating I’m always randomly snacking. Is there any remedies and tricks that can help my eating. My eating is what’s pulling me back from losing weight. Any tips would really help!
