I'm scared I might have breast cancer😢

I don't have insurance, and I've recently found a lump on my breast. I get breast pains occasionally, and there are tiny white bumps on my nipples not the areola but like the middle protruding part. I don't know if that's normal. And I have a tiny red sore that appeared today on my nipple and it's pretty sore and a little bit swollen. I know I need to go to the Dr but I don't have insurance and my work doesn't offer it and I honestly can't afford it right now. I'm scared and don't know what to do😭
