Possible misdiagnosed miscarriage?

I’m probably between 4-5 weeks pregnant right now, but I’ve had bleeding in the past week. The doctors did a blood test and ultrasound. the ultrasound results were not good news and my first blood draw was 108 but I got another blood draw yesterday and my numbers are still rising but they’re so certain that it’s a miscarriage still because the numbers can rise with one. but I have another blood draw on Sunday, I was just wondering if anyone else has been through this?
