Good healthy snacks/quick meal foods?

Hi everyone! I need help. I am starting to eat healthy again since my diet of junk food has made me sluggish and unhappy. I want to cut out all chips/chocolate, white bread, etc (I don’t drink pop or juice anyway).

I am looking for healthy snacks or quick meals, preferably those that last a long time rather than expiring quickly, an example would be fruit. I’m sick of carrot sticks and hummus right now so other than that any other snacks in mind would be great, lol. Bonus if it includes something a toddler would like to eat. Thank you! 💖
