Super hard belly, not braxton hicks?

Does anybody else suffer from a super hard belly. It usually happens in the afternoons when I am in the office / not at home, or sometimes when I am stressed out or busy. When it happens it lasts for hours or the whole evening. So I don't think it's braxton hicks. I asked the midwife and she said it's braxton, she was running late and in a big rush I don't think she was really listening to me. I wanted to know if anyone else got the same belly symptoms? Sometimes by the end of the day by belly really hurts. I think the baby is okay when I'm relaxed it's moving kicking regularly. Just wondering what's going on...
