Help!!

Ok I need advice. My period I usually 3-4 days. So first it was two day late. The first day I could not go from the bed to the couch my cramps were so bad, my day one period was kind of life for usual. The second day no cramps light bleeding. Today I’m only spotting. It was all fresh blood. But now I’m feeling really sick to my stomach and everything and anything make me sick. What do y’all think? Implantation bleeding or just a psycho period? I’m never late to begin with
