Struggling to breath 30 weeks pregnant scary episodes

Can any girls help, about a week&half ago i started to struggling to breath without doing anything now since then it’s gotten worst&worst and is quite scary now when it happens has anyone experienced this in late pregnancy???🤰🏻

Like it’ll come out of no where I won’t be doing nothing and gets really intense it’s started to become scary how much I find it hard to catch my breath I’m just worried is this going to get any worst as it started not long ago and has escalated so much since... thanks!
