Sleeping over

Alright, so I have been with my boyfriend for 7 months now and we have spent many nights together at college, however at my house my parents insist we sleep separate (even though they know we slept together at school). I want to go to his house and spend the night but my mom always makes comments about how I shouldn’t sleep with him because his family will think less of me? She also said I have to tell my dad and I’m not exactly sure how to go about that. Opinions?

I’m 19 and he’s 20 btw.
