Period cramps!
Sooo, just a curious question:
In the days leading up to and the day your period starts do you get cramps constantly or do they come and go??
I haven’t had a period in over 3.5 years. Since my first was born. But I’m experiencing some cramping that comes and goes way low in my abdomen. Is that similar to period cramps? Super embarrassing to have to ask!
