TTC with no luck

So my fiancé and I have been trying to have a baby together for well over a year now. I decided to finally go to the doctor to make sure everything was okay. My tests came back perfectly and she said that I am ovulating beautifully. My fiancé also got tested and he is good to go also. I just don’t understand what we are doing wrong and why we haven’t gotten pregnant. I have a two year old, so it just doesn’t make any sense to us 😔 we have also tried two different types of fertility pills to see if we could get a boost and nothing has helped us. Does anyone have any suggestions that maybe we don’t know about? I am literally at a loss 😭
