If you’re only using OPKs, which day do you consider your day of ovulation?
I couldn’t bbt enough to get an accurate reading this month (will try to going forward)...so I’m curious, when do you consider your day of ovulation? The day you get your first positive opk? The day after?
I got positive (smiley face) yesterday morning and this morning so it’s hard to determine if I hadn’t ovulated yet as of this morning or if I did and this was my LH surge coming down...
