Period is 12 days late!!

Hi ladies

My period is 12 days late I'm never late always regular 28-29 days I've had the craziest cycle been testing with fmu first response hpt all negative😕 has anyone been this late and went on to a bfp??

Any thoughts on why I'm so late would be greatly appreciated 😊
