PCOS OVULATION/CYCLE HELP

I have pcos and irregular cycles. Most cycles lasting 68+days. I have recently lost 65lbs. Currently on CD 59. I have NEVER had any CM that even resembled EWCM. And I did on Friday May 17. Shown in pic number one. Very light. In my mind I was like oh it’s not EWCM. Like I always do lol.. Then it continued on the 18th and got heavier.. shown in pic number 2 &3.so I took an opk. The 18th is the top test. Continued EWCM just medium amounts today so I then took another opk. In the opk picture today, the 19th, is the bottom test.

I just want to know if you guys think I may have ovulated ? Or am I going to soon ? And if I did what do I do next?

(Me and my DH did BD on the 17th & 18th just in case)
