I don’t understand...

I met someone via social media about a week ago, we already have mutual friends so it’s not a “ complete stranger “ we talked everyday.. all day , he constantly FT me , we talked until we fell asleep every night, etc. He kept making attempts to see me so one day I finally let him. It was a quick encounter, I’m not sure why he was in a rush to leave... the next day I didn’t hear from him🥺 I assumed he didn’t think I was cute or didn’t like my vibe . I asked him was he acting funny and he was like “ something like that “ later that night he was back calling my phone trying to ft all night and morning.. I talked to him for a little then went to sleep , NEW DAY AND ITS THE SAME THING 🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐 idk what to think
