Baby sleepers

I’m trying to get my baby to be comfortable in her bassinet or crib. She HATES to be swaddled. We tried it for a week and thought she wanted to be held, but it was the swaddle she hated. What sleepers do you use? Which brand has easy access to night time diaper changes?

Our house is usually about 73 when we go to bed but we’ve been waking up and it goes down to 69. In the summer it’ll probably be around 75 degrees as our a/c unit won’t cool under that on a super hot day. So suggestions for items that work at that temp would be great :)
