MMJ and its use during pregnancy...

I'm not talking about SMOKING marijuana, but using other products such as lotions for aches and pains, or tinctures for morning sickness. So for those in legal states, do you think you would ever use an MMJ product during pregnancy? I recently read an article that talked about Jamaican women using cannabis during pregnancy (NOT smoking it) and it not being linked to any harm in the baby at all... I know MMJ helps in sooo many things across the board of medicine, just interested in personal opinion on this.
