I think sweet can be taken away but you should eat some of them once a week because have you energy. You should exercise a lot and eat a little bit less but not too much (I eat 1339 kcal at day with 40 min of exercise daily) and you should drink at least 2 L of water.

I do green smoothies twice a day, walk at least an hour, portion my meals out. I also drink a ton of water. I switched to all brown food. It's healthier for you. I eat 6 small meals a day. I also like everything I eat on my fitness pal. If you would like recipes just message me and I'll help you

I would recommend having these things ONCE in awhile. Don’t take everything away at once, because it will make you crave it more.
