Moms with 2 that had a hard time with 1, how do you do it?

I’ve always envisioned myself having many kids, but I have a 4 month old and I have a hard time just taking care of her while keeping up the house. Some days I want to lay in bed all day with her because I’m so exhausted while others I’m able to get a lot done and feel like super mom.
If you had a hard time with 1 child, how did you manage more?

It gets easier once you get into a routine and baby gets older and more independent. Being a first time mom is hard because no matter how prepared you are its still a big adjustment.

First of all 4 months is so young. You haven't even gotten into a routine yet. You still have a baby that needs you constantly. 
I've always said I had my second to entertain my first. My oldest was 2 1/2 when my second was born. It was a tough first few months getting the hang of it but once my second was old enough to play her and her sister played all day. I had time to clean house, I started cooking dinner again, I read while they played in the nursery. It was wonderful. There are times when 2 is easier than 1.

You are learning a lot with your first.  When you have your second, experience makes you better at the juggling game.  You are more relaxed about knowing you might not be able to make a dent in household chores for a day or two, but that is usually followed by a day or two of super human productivity.  You know that planning looks different - it isn’t necessarily I will get this done today, but you might be able to be where you want to be by the end of the week.

I'm wondering the same. I have a 2 year old and she's so much work, the clock is ticking as i don't want a big age gap...so I'm extremely nervous, worried about jealousy too and hurting my daughter's feelings as she's extremely attached to me.

My 14 month old is so full on and I'm 24 weeks pregnant. I have no effing idea how the hell I'm going manage 😂

I think you just have to put enough space between them. Four months is really really young
