So unsure!

Im 22 week and 3 days, for the past 2 days ive been getting this everytime I wipe. The first time I noticed it it was about the size of a quarter. With red streaks in it, it was a light green/yellowish in color. Could this be my mucus plug? Should I call my Dr? Or should I just go to the dr? I'm high risk for another preterm labor. This is my second pregnancy. First was born at 30w6d. So unsure as to whats going on.
