If you tell a man you want to get married he won’t marry you until he is ready. When a man wants to marry you he will marry you. I’ve seen many women drop hints or talk to their partner about marriage and the guy will say one day but waits a decade before realizing what they have or never marrying that person. All you’re doing in a sense is pushing him away or trying to make him believe that he wants something when he isn’t ready.

it’s alright to drop hint. likewise, i wouldn’t drop them too excessively to the point of pressuring him to propose.
