Sleep tricks?

What are your tips/tricks for getting you're little one to sleep? My little girl is usually pretty good but sometimes she fights sleep super hard and we cwnt ger her down for anything.
P. S. We no longer breast feed and I wilk NOT co-sleep (not judging) just personally cannot relax with her in bed with us.

The only thing that gets my girl to sleep is rocking and bouncing and making a shushing sound that sounds like I'm saying "shoe" over and over again.

My baby boy fights sleep hard too! I usually try the following:
-Feed 1-2 oz more
-Swaddle with extra blanket tucked around him (he sleeps better warmer)
-White noise machine
-Let him fall sleep on his tummy on my chest and then I transfer him to his bassinet
I swear sometimes nothing works but I keep reminding myself that this phase will pass 😅

I try to get outside after supper for some fresh air then give baby a bath then bottle then he’s usually out! He sleeps from 8-9pm till 4:30-6:30am

Girl there is the AWSOME YouTube white noise that we found. It instantly will get my girl to relax.

If white noise doesn’t work you could also try pink noise and brown noise.

I started from the beginning of letting him put himself to sleep at night time that way we don’t have to rock or bounce or shush or sleep with him at all and he does really well although he is only about 5 weeks so I’m sure it’ll change lol. He’s still in a swaddle at bedtime so he feels comfort from that. I just try to stick to a “routine” as best as we can with him to hopefully keep it when he’s older. Baby lavender lotion and or bath before bed could help too.

I make it dark, turn on white noise, change her diaper, put her in a SwaddleMe pod, feed her, burp her, sway my hips and pat her bottom. If she's still kinda fighting I try her pacifier and continue with the swaying and patting her bottom.

I rented the SNOO bassinet and it works great for sleeping. We went from having our babe in bed with us about half the night (he would NOT go back down in his bed after a deeding) to him sleeping exclusively in his bassinet all night. Google SNOO for lots of info!

When he is really bad I put on my Moby wrap and wear him for a while. He usually goes out about 5 to 10 minutes after putting him in it and then I continue to wear him for maybe 30 minutes( maybe more. It depends if I fall sleep with him on me) then I put him in his bassinet and he stays asleep.

Brown noise on YouTube or on an app on phone!! It’s amazing! Also keeps my baby girl asleep for longer if I turn it on or put the volume up a little when she is stirring. She sleeps in her crib next to the bed. Works every time!

my sons bassinet has music and it vibrates we have to use that all the time when we put him in it. Yes the white noise helps so much for him as well. But sometimes he has to fall asleep on my chest or sucking on my boob 🤷🏽‍♀️ he’s 6 weeks old hopefully this gets easier for all of us 😩
