Help!!!! Should I go to the dr.

So the I was started Af on the 14 but I was suppose to start on the 17th ... the first day of my cycle I bled light which was normal the second day it was heavy ..the third day medium flow and the 4th day nothing except a brown spot ....my usually bleed 7 days but this was more like four or 3 ? On the 19th, 20th nothing ... me and my husband always wait at least 2 days after my cycle ended to have sex so last night we had sex and afterwards when I went to the bathroom I was spotting light pink and it was a small red clot in the toilet and today I’m spotting as well but it’s much lighter than last night but I have light cramps...ik im not pregnant and I hope I didn’t have another miscarriage I had one last yr I just can’t take it again ..any thoughts y’all
