Period late

Hi! Has this happen to any of u?

I’m very very on time on my period, it’s been like a clock for almost 10 years, me and my husband have been trying for 2 years and this month came 7 days late, just today I see a little line of blood, with very light red color When I was cleaning myself after peeing, I have cramps since 4 days ago, but I did a pregnacy test today and it came negative, any thoughts?
