Stimulate 10 week old

What can I do to stimulate my 10 week old boy?

I feel like I’m doing a bad job as a mum, (FTM) I feel like he gets bored very easy and I don’t really know what to do with him to keep him entertained.

He hates tummy time, will not hold his head up there at all. I sit him on my chest and he holds it up sometimes but usually just falls asleep. I have little rattles and squeaky toys we play with, I constantly talk to him about everything. He has a little playmat but I just feel like I should be doing more to stimulate or keep him entertained
