Flying with a baby bump
Soooo we are just coming home from an international vacation and I thought I would be completely fine traveling/flying with a bump since I’m still less than six months pregnant. Well luckily I found out right before we were trying to leave that airlines still request a form filled out from the expectant Mother’s in order to let them fly. So I printed out a bunch of these forms because we had connecting flights both ways.
Anyways, I had the idea to just wear a baggy sweatshirt when checking in and boarding the planes so I didn’t have to hold up any lines for verification and further forms to sign. Well! I was stopped at every check in, departure gate, and even the transfer desks... On the way home I had that paper work sign and ready and learned what other inform I needed to speed up the process. I am showing more than I thought. I thought no one would automatically think I was pregnant yet.....
So if you are planning on flying, make sure you have the proper forms before you go. And take more than you think! I ended up handing out or filling out six of those forms throughout the trip.
