First Time IVF - Help Getting Ready!!!

Hi Ladies,

Very nice to meet all of you. I started skimming the board for all of the details and happy to join such a supportive group. I am scheduled to start IVF with my next cycle at the end of June with NYC IVF. All tests done and deposit paid for everything!!

My last fertile window is next week and we are traveling but unless we get magically pregnant, we are a go!! It’s been officially a year of trying with no success so I am letting go and we are moving on - I am turning 40 in like 10 days.

Anyway, other than working out and eating healthy, what can I do to prepare? I saw some ladies drinking red raspberry tea. Any other suggestions to get ready?!
