Hi Ladies,

Very nice to meet all of you. I started skimming the board for all of the details and happy to join such a supportive group. I am scheduled to start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> with my next cycle at the end of June with NYC <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. All tests done and deposit paid for everything!!

My last fertile window is next week and we are traveling but unless we get magically pregnant, we are a go!! It’s been officially a year of trying with no success so I am letting go and we are moving on - I am turning 40 in like 10 days.

Anyway, other than working out and eating healthy, what can I do to prepare? I saw some ladies drinking red raspberry tea. Any other suggestions to get ready?!
