Weight loss tips!! Hopefully this can help someone like meš
I wanted to come on here and offer some advice because Iāve seen a few people asking for weight loss tips and thought I would make this post to help anyone like me who has been STRUGGLING to lose weight for the longest. If you havenāt already tried them I would definitely recommend taking two Apple cider vinegar pills every day. People say itās like the drink without the nasty taste. I have already went from 201 to 193 in just about a week. I donāt know if itās the pills or a placebo effect, but in my eyes they are definitely helping and I plan to keep taking them. I go to the gym everyday, starting out simple of course and working my way up. If you have a planet fitness in your area I know most are doing the teen challenge where 16-18 year olds can work out for free, and once youāre 17 you can purchase a classic membership once the challenge is over. I didnāt know this so I thought Iād mention it because I find their rules/regulations hard to understand and you canāt find much on their website. At first I was super nervous to go and i find a lot of people are as well, but planet fitnesses environment is amazing and seriously feels like a judgment free zone, so if youāre like me take a step out of your comfort zone and try it because itās a great gym. Iām 17 and my family isnāt very supportive in terms of cooking healthy dinner, so every Saturday when I go shopping I always buy enough healthy food to make my dinner along with my meal preps for the week. Currently I am staying away from bread, pastas, and potatoes, as well as all sugars. I also drink a little over a gallon of water a day. I purchased a 32 oz water bottle from tj maxx for $7 and it makes drinking my water easier because itās so big and I donāt have to fill it up as often as I had to fill my other one up. This is pretty much all of what Iām doing and it is really helping me lose weight and get my health on track. This is geared more towards younger girls like me, who may not have access to purchasing a gym card because of age, or their parents donāt cook healthy for dinner. I wanted to share my experiences and tips because like I said I was very shy, and I know a lot of people with body confidence issues can be as well especially when it come to going to they gym, but I wanted to share my tips and how I overcame a lot of it. I know this is long but I really hope it helps someone who was like me and could never jumpstart my weight loss until now!
