Need help - is this the start of mastitis? photo

These red lines appeared on one breast. Are these new stretch marks....or the start of mastitis? I feel a bit engorged but no fever. My boobs are as warm as usual and there is no hard spot or clogged duct as far as I can tell.

I've had mastitis twice and that's not what it looked like. Just looks like stretch marks to me.

I always had like a triangle shaped red spot where the clogged duct was. And I would feel absolutely terrible and so cold. Had fevers or 101+

it is not mastitis, you would have a big red spot on the breast and you would feel that your breast really hurts when you touch it. No worries!

You would feel terrible if it was mastitis.  Like you were hit by a bus, and likely have a charlie horse like pain in that spot.  The red streak of mastitis usually comes later.
